The Leon restaurant lives up to its credo.  It has dedicated itself to the motto of long lasting tradition.  Each evening the Head chef with his team create mouth watering dishes to tickle one’s palate – good food lovers from indulgent Carynthia especially hold in regard the proximity to traditional cooking.

In our starred cuisine of the Hotel Schloss Leonstain you will be treated to purely local meat.  Our animals feed on the grasses and herbs of our lush carynthian pastures.  The fish, fresh from our own castle owned Leonstain farms are of top quality and our vegetables come from organic farmers.  Wherever possible our Chef uses fair trade produce.  In Hotel Schloss Leonstain we take our responsibilities to man, animal and nature seriously. A controlled tillage and a considerate approach to the product “animal” are the pillars of our award winning cuisine.
